Author Guidelines
Guidelines for the research paper
The research paper mainly should include the four sections: Title page, abstract (150 words), main body (introduction, theoretical framework, methodology, findings and discussion, conclusion [with recommendation]), and references.
General structure
- The full paper should be 8 to 10 pages excluding title page, abstract, references and annex.
- The preferred font of the journal is Cambria. The font size and space varies from section to section. See below.
- APA (American Psychological Association) is used as the method in sources citation process.
- All documents should be submitted as MS Word 2010 ‘doc’ file.
- All submission should be submitted to the OJS system by registering as an author. Here is the link http://fofj.org/index.php/journal/login
Title
Title of the research article should concisely and accurately specify subject of paper. The font size is 14pt, bold, central.

The font size is 12pt, central. Any description of authors should be given as end note on the first page.
Abstract The abstract itself should be set in 10pt in single space. Please do not make reference citations in the abstract and please keep it within the limit of 350 words with maximum 6 key words. Key words should be bold and italic (Font size 11pt)
Main content
- Should have subtitles in the main contents including introduction, literature review, case study or theoretical discussion, findings and conclusion. You can use minor titles under the mentioned sub-titles.
- The font size of subtitle is bold in 13pt. The font size of minor title under the subtitle is 12pt and bold. The text should be in 12pt with space 1.0.
- Also please avoid using footnotes. If you have endnotes for further explanations, you are recommended to place them after the conclusion.
- The journal language is English (UK).
- Authors are advised to follow citation as in APA 6th system.

6. In the text, please set the text wrapping on the inserted figures at “In line with text” and set its alignment to centre. Please, do not use low quality photos or diagrams.
7. After the conclusion, you may add the “Acknowledgement”.
