Dr.Mohamed Salem is an Assistant Professor of Plant Pathology and organic Agriculture.He is a consultant of organic agriculture for more than 30 years.He is working in Egypt and African countries on mycotoxins control in stored grains,and poultry feed through an innovative technologies.He is working with his research team in biological control of soil-borne plant diseases and root-knot nematode by means of biotechnology.Finally, He is working in food and feed safety in Asia and Africa.
